Sonya Laney, CPA, PA:

 

Sonya received her Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from Stetson University, DeLand, FL, where she also teaches Accounting, Taxation, Ethics and Business classes. She is a graduate of the AACSB program.
In addition to running her practice, Sonya spends a great deal of time expanding her knowledge base with education and classes which bring added value to her clients. 
She is a member of AICPA and FICPA. She serves on Accounting Advisory Board for Stetson University. She has been reappointed by the FICPA to a committee which focuses on Accounting Education and Careers. In addition, she serves as a Trustee for the City of Port Orange, Civil Pension Board, serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Port Orange and is appointed to the District Committee, City of Port Orange. 
Sonya is a lifelong resident of Volusia County and resides in Port Orange.
