Ron A. Hertel received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Florida, and his law degree from College of Law at Florida International University.
Vincent T. Lyon earned an Associate of Science from St. Gregory’s University, Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, Master of Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma, Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School.
