Michael Olivari

Michael Olivari has been practicing law for over 20 years and specializes in life planning law such as elder law, probate, business formation, and landlord/tenant law. He is licensed in all Florida state courts and the Northern and Middle District Federal Courts of Florida since 1997.

Vincent T. Lyon

Bachelor of Arts – Cornell University
Master of Arts – University of Central Oklahoma
Juris Doctorate – The George Washington University Law School. orn and raised in Oklahoma City, Vincent traveled extensively through the USA before ending in Maryland after law school. He practiced law for eight years, taking cases in slander, personal injury, divorce and trademark infringement 

He moved to Palm Coast with his wife late 2012 and became a member of the Florida Bar in May 2013.

Ronald “Ron” Allan Hertel, Jr.

Graduated from Florida International University, College of Law in 2006 launching his legal career in downtown Miami by litigating complex cases such as cruise line dissolution, multimillion dollar probate/trust litigation, and international shipping disputes.

In 2009 he returned to his hometown of Flagler County along with his wife and first child to live closer to his aging parents while serving the local community as it evolved and grew. He soon rose to the level of managing partner of the civil litigation department of the largest firm in Flagler County, focusing on commercial litigation, probate/trust litigation, personal injury, construction litigation, and civil trials.

Hertel was appointed and served as President of the Flagler County Bar Association, he has been awarded as Business Person of the Year by the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, as well as featured in 40 Under 40 by the Daytona Beach News-Journal and by the Million Dollar Advocate Forum. 

In 2021 Hertel made the decision to start his own firm Hertel Legal PLLC in Ormond Beach, Florida where he continues to serve clients as one of the premier lawyers in trials and civil litigation.  

He and his wife Tiffany are the proud parents of four children. In addition to family time and practicing law, he also enjoys surfing, golf, and playing music.
