Opportunities Abound - Charitable Planning from the Perspective of Estate Planning Professionals - Monthly Meeting
In this presentation, attorney Brad Gornto will provide an overview of charitable planning from the unique perspective of an estate planning/tax attorney and other allied professionals (i.e. accountants, financial planners, etc.). Brad’s presentation will discuss various charitable planning tools including, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, pooled income funds, charitable gift annuities, QCDs, DAFs, gifts of remainder interest, beneficiary designations, etc. – primarily from the allied professionals’ vital seat at the planning table. Several actual client/donor success stories will be discussed, not only to highlight the broad client applicability of charitable planning tools, but also to illustrate the tremendous client development & growth opportunities that arise from allied professionals integrating charitable planning into their practices. Current trends in the charitable planning world will be woven into the presentation. Time permitting, there will also be a Q/A session.
