ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL OF THE FUN COAST

Circuit Judge Linda L. Gaustad was elected to the bench in 2018. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000 and previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in the appellate division of the Public Defender’s Office before entering private practice in 2002. She currently hears probate and guardianship cases at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand and at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center in Bunnell.
