We are honored to welcome State Attorney R.J. Larizza, Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney, for a special presentation on issues impacting public safety, the criminal justice system, and our local communities. Drawing on decades of experience in law enforcement, prosecution, and public service, Mr. Larizza will share insights into the challenges and opportunities facing our justice system today.

 

R.J. Larizza serves as the State Attorney for Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit, representing Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties. Before being elected State Attorney in 2008, he served as an Assistant State Attorney and spent nearly 13 years with the Florida Department of Corrections. A graduate of Troy State University and Mercer University School of Law, Larizza has dedicated his career to public service and the pursuit of justice. He is recognized for his leadership within Florida’s criminal justice system and his commitment to public safety and community engagement.
