Speaker's Bio: Michael D. (Mike) Chiumento is the founding member of Chiumento & Guntharp, P.A.  Mr. Chiumento obtained his BA from Temple University in 1967 and his JD from Stetson University in 1971.  As the Firm grew, he served as the city attorney for the City of Flagler Beach, legal advisor to the City of Beverly Beach, Board Attorney for the East Flagler County Mosquito Control District and Board Attorney for the Flagler County School Board.Mr. Chiumento is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Flagler County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of The Fun Coast. 

Mike, his wife Kris and their family have resided in Flagler County since 1973.  He has always been very involved in our community.  In the past, Mr. Chiumento has served as a Director and President of the Flagler County Committee 100 (now known as Enterprise Flagler), a member of the Board of Directors for Barnett Bank of Volusia County, President of the Flagler County Bar Association, President of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce and President of the Palm Coast YMCA.  He was an original organizer and director of Cypress Bank.  He was an organizer and is a current director of Intracoastal Bank.

Mike has concentrated his practice in the area of real estate development and entitlement law, wills, trusts and estate tax, elder law, Medicaid planning and asset protection planning and business law.
