DESCRIPTION:\nCome join us for a Holiday Celebration!  \n  \nThis year we will be hosting our event at RiverGrille on the Tomoka.  Food and soft drinks will be provided; cash bar for alcoholic beverages.  \nThere is no cost to members; guests are only $15. \n  \nThe doors will open at 5:30pm.  At 6:00pm, we will have our brief Annual Member meeting where our 2020 Board of Directors and Executive Board will be voted in. I have attached the committee’s recommendations. The meeting should conclude by 6:15pm. You are welcome to stay until the event ends at 8:30pm. \n  \nIf you are a new member, this is a great opportunity to learn more about our members. Spouses and guests are welcome! If you haven’t been to the Holiday Event, I urge to come. It is a social event that offers plenty of food and great company. \n  \nYou should be receiving the Evite in your mailbox shortly. Please make sure to go to the link and RSVP. \n  \nThe Board looks forward to seeing everyone there! \n  \nP.S. You will also be able to Renew your membership for 2020 on the Website if you were looking to book the expense in 2019! The fee did not change. If you need an invoice, please make sure to make a note in the comment section and we will get one out to you. We will have invoices at the event if you prefer to pay by check. \n  \nThere is also a PayPal option for “Board Sponsorship” on the RSVP page for the event. If you prefer to pay by check, please make payable to EPCFC and put Holiday Event Sponsorship in the memo. You can bring your check to the November meeting or to the Holiday Party.
