Mader CFP, CIMA, AEP has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.\n Having started in the industry working with several smaller firms in South Florida, Michael was associated with AIG, MetLife and owned his own boutique financial advisory firm. Before joining what is now United Capital, he was the Executive Vice President at Veritas Wealth Advisors in Plantation, FL.\n Michael received a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ from The American College of Financial Services. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the Investments and Wealth Institute and the Accredited Estate Planner designation from National Association of Estate Planning Councils (NAEPC). From 2014 to 2016, he held President and Chairman positions on the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association of Greater Fort\n Lauderdale. He is a published author and speaker for several publications regionally.\n Currently, Michael is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, Member of the Council Relations Committee for the NAEPC and will be a member of the Board of Directors of NAEPC for the 2026-2029\n
