Making sure that your property goes to the people you want, in the most tax efficient manner, is a key part of leaving behind the legacy you prefer. Life Insurance beneficiaries should coordinate with your will's directions. "Special needs" children or relatives may have provisions made for their care. Gifts to charities can be secured.\n \n The expo will have attorneys and other professionals available for free discussion at their booths, and will have two panel presentations  - one at 2:30 on medical concerns and one at 3:30 on legal and financial concerns. State Attorney R. J.
