Black & Co.\n \nWinter Park, Florida\n \n11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (Optional Lunch to follow)\n \nCredits: 3.0 CLE, 3.0 CFP, 3.0 CPA, 3.0 CLU\n \n\n\n \nRICH OLEWNIK, J.D., CLU, ChFC, FLMI, Assistant Vice President, joined AXA Equitable in 2005 providing broad experience in the design and application of life insurance and annuity products, and frequently consulting on complex technical product issues.  His wide-ranging expertise includes the use of life insurance in a qualified plan, and in developing innovative marketing programs that support the Advance Sales department.  In addition, to a technical expertise developed during the years supporting home office marketing and sales activities, he has the added advantage of having practical field experience as well.\n \n\nRich’s career in insurance began in 1978 with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company where he worked in the Advanced Underwriting department, and then moved in 1980 to Berkshire Life Insurance Co., advancing to Vice President of Marketing where his responsibilities included illustration systems, needs analysis, case design assistance, disability income marketing and competitive analysis.  He went on to work at ICG International where he provided technical and product support in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, business planning, and qualified plan funding approaches and vehicles.\n \nRich is a graduate of Fordham University where he studied Economics, and a graduate of Boston College School of Law.  He is a former Captain of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp Defense Counsel.  His key associations include the A.B.A., Connecticut Bar Association, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters and National Association of Life Underwriters.\n\nWILLIAM H. BLACK, JR., CLU, MDRT, has been in the pension administration business for over 30 years.  As president of Pension.Site.org., he is responsible for the marketing efforts of the firm and assists producers nationally with the sales of qualified plans.\n \nBill has a B.A. from Rollins College in Business Administration and Economics, is a CLU, life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), 13 time Court of the Table and 12 time Top of the Table qualifier.  Bill brings that unique and necessary combination to the marketing effort:  comfortable with the explanation of complex ideas and able to put them into easily understood concepts, with the ability to sell.\n \n\nHaving spoken nationally and internationally on the topics of qualified plans, Bill is a much sought after speaker.  Bill has been quoted in USA Today and has been a guest on financial radio shows.  He is certified to teach continuing education to CPA’s and insurance professionals.  Additionally, he has had numerous articles published in industry journals.\n \n\nLicensed in 43 states, PensionSite.Org. truly has a national practice.  Bill has marketed and administered plans in virtually every state in the union.\n \n\n\n
