DESCRIPTION:\nTime: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM    (extra time for 2 hours of Continuing Education)\n   \nLife Insurance in Qualified Plans - is not a new idea. In fact, it's been around for decades. This concept fell from favor over the years because of the inclusion of the pre-retirement death benefit (life insurance) in the decedent's estate, and historically low Federal Income Tax Rates. \n  \nWith the enactment of The American Taxpayer Relief Act (January 1, 2013)  there are Fedral Estate Tax, Gift Tax and Generation Skipping Tax Exemptions of $5 million (indexed for inflation) and increased Federal Income Taxes for the affluent.  The combination of reduced Federal Estate Tax Liability, coupled with the ability to deduct life insurance premiums in an increasing Income Tax environment will, once again, bring this strategy to the forefront. \nSpeaker's Bio: \n \nSteve is a Financial Services Professional with Financial Design Associates in Jacksonville, FL.
